Returns & Refunds
At Velrani, we want you to shop with confidence. If you change your mind about your online order, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. After contacting us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
To request a return, email [your customer service email] with your order number and the reason for your request. Please return the item unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all labels and accessories included where possible.
Customers are responsible for the return postage cost for change-of-mind returns. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us before returning it. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process an eligible refund within 14 days. Refunds are sent to the original payment method. For an eligible cancellation, we will refund the standard delivery cost. Any additional cost for upgraded delivery is non-refundable.
Some items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, including personalised or custom-made items, perishable goods, and sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened. Any applicable exclusions will be shown on the product page or at checkout.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
